Taylor Dannenfelser
I am the founder and CEO of Healthy Stiles Fit. I am registered nurse who has been working in women's health for over 5 years. During this time I have developed a passion for helping and supporting women. Before becoming a registered nurse, my first love has always been fitness. I have decades of experience in the fitness industry through coaching myself and others as a personal trainer. My most recent journey has changed my perspective around fitness. Changing my perspective around fitness and exercise has allowed be to grow physically and mentally. It is my life's mission to help women discover a new meaning to movement. Being able to life their life happier, healthier, and balanced.
